We are launching our first commercial oyster mushroom cultivation facility in Central Java, Indonesia. This campaign funds the construction and operation of a dedicated mushroom house with capacity for 10,000 baglogs.

What Your Investment Funds

Phase 1: Infrastructure (Week 1-3)

• Construction of climate-controlled mushroom house
• Installation of shelving systems for 10,000 baglog capacity

Phase 2: Production Ramp-Up (Week 4 onwards)

• Initial batch: 500 baglogs
• Bi-weekly additions of +500 baglogs

Financial Assumptions

Revenue Projection (at full capacity):

• 10,000 baglogs × 300g = 3,000 kg per harvest cycle
• 3,000 kg × $0.90 = $2,700 gross revenue per cycle

Actual net profit depends on operational costs, market conditions, and harvest success rate. These projections are estimates only.

Profit Distribution

• Investor Share: 20% of monthly NET PROFIT
• Distribution: Monthly, proportional to contribution amount
• Platform Fee: 5% one-time fee deducted from contribution upon verification
